Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Exchange or Return for a Refund

Refunds (if applicable)

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. Most of the times, you won’t be asked to ship the product back to us. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at eosscrubs@gmail.com.

To be eligible, please make sure that:  If we request that you return the products, they must be in the original packaging and the product isn't used or damaged. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, 50% off sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at eosscrubs@gmail.com and send your item to: 720 East 32nd Street  Suite # C1, Brooklyn New York US 11210. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 720 East 32nd Street  #C1 Brooklyn New York US 11203. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


For free shipping, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Order Cancellation
Cancelations are also possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
